Mila,
baby's first Christmas it's the most wonderful thing!  We were very blessed to have celebrate it with grandma in Atlanta.  We arrived on the 19th of December and we will be staying till January 4.  We get to celebrate your very first Christmas, ring in 2014 and we get to celebrate grandmas birthday on the 3 of January.

Grandma also bought you your very first ornament, this is one of the most treasured ornaments on our tree along with your brothers and sister first ornament.  It's one that I look at with sweet memories every year when I pull it out of storage. 

On Christmas Eve we celebrated with the family at Cousin Georges house.  We met new family mebers, played secret Santa, ate lots of food.  The night was filled with lots of love and fun.

Happy 11 months mila

Today, my sweet Mila, you are celebrating your 11th month. Your infant days are quickly coming to an end and I am pretty much in shock that I am going to have a toddler next month.  One more month to go and you will turn 1. Not to mention that mommy will be heading back to work.  It has been quite a year.  

For the past 11 months, sweet mila you have learned so many things and being at home with you I witnessed all of those. Like your first tooth, first smile, first step and a lot of firsts. 

So, let’s talk about this month.  You are a ball of energy and I can't get enough of you.  I am so so so blessed to be your mommy.  To wake up to your smiling face each morning.  To be able to rock and sing to you before each nap during the day and steal as many baby kisses as I want.  I could never have enough words to express how much I love you and how special you make me feel day in and out.  I love to see you grow each day. And Mila thank you for making us happy and inspired every day.  Mommy, Daddy, Joshua, Jace and Emma love you so much.

Here are a few of your highlights from the past month: 

• You sleep from about 6pm to about 7am and only you only get up once through the night.  I think it’s because you go to bed so early
• Size 5 diapers
• Wearing 18 months clothing
• Mila, you are a ball of energy, you always on the go, smiling
• You now have your 2 bottom teeth, love to see you smile
• Crawling, I call you my G.I.Jane because you still army crawl, but there are times I catch you crawling.. LAZY BUM, you’ve become a super-fast in your baby walker soon you will be walking I just know it
• eating, cereal, fruits and veggies.. You love to eat whatever mommy and daddy are eating

my sweet angel, you have been rolling around for quite some time now, and your pretty fast.  The last week you have been crawling around, well more like army crawl.  I’ve tried to get a video and finally today I got it.. Take a look;

You are now into the double digits, TEN months old! We are on the first birthday countdown and I'm not too sure how I feel about it.  I love watching you grow each and every day.  But at the same time, I wish I could go back in time a bit to your itty bitty days and snuggle you more.  I have a feeling this is the way I'll feel about you from here on out, it's the same way I fell with your brothers, and big sissy Emma. 

You’re learning more and more each day.  You now say dada, mama, and baba.   You love to clap.  You're standing holding on to furniture, but your little legs get very tired.  You are walking with a walker but have no interest in taking any steps on your own.  You have ONE tooth, ONE coming in and you chew on everything.  

I don't have official stats for you this month but I'm guessing that you are a little over 23 lbs.  You are still wearing Size 4 diapers and we have finally retired all of your 6-9 month clothes. You are now wearing 12-18 month clothes.  You are wearing robeez shoes, once you start to walk around or take more steps, momma will put some shoes on your little feet.  But, right now robeez it is.

Here are a few of your highlights from the past month:

• One tooth came through and another is starting to cut in

• Mila your creeping all over the place, you’ve become a super-fast roller.. even into places I cant imagine you would get to

• Your finally eating, cereal, fruits and veggies.. You love to eat whatever mommy and daddy are eating

You are so much fun. I really don't know what else to say about this month, except for fun.  You have so many smiles and giggles and belly laughs and happy faces for us all the time!
